ကရင္နီ(ကယား)ျပည္နယ္မွာ လာမည့္သံုးႏွစ္အတြင္း တျပည္နယ္လုံးလွ်ပ္စစ္မီး ထြန္းႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ျပည္ေထာင္စု အစိုးရအဖြဲ႕မွ အမွတ္ ၂ လွ်ပ္စစ္ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန ၀န္ႀကီး ဦးခင္ေမာင္စိုးက ေျပာပါတယ္။

၂၀၁၂-၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း ဘတ္ဂ်က္စီမံကိန္းေရးဆြဲရန္ ရာထားမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ၂၀၁၄-၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္မွာ တျပည္နယ္လုံးအတိုင္းအတာအျဖစ္ ၆၀ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းေလာက္ခန္႔မွန္းေျခ လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္တယ္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။

ဝန္ႀကီးက “ကယားျပည္နယ္မွာ ထြက္တဲ့ဓါတ္အားသည္ ကယားမွာရွိတဲ့ျပည္သူေတြသုံးဖို႕ဆိုတာ ကယားျပည္နယ္မွာလည္းလုပ္ေပးပါ့မယ္။ ဦးစားေပးအေနနဲ႕ ေမာ္ခ်ီးနဲ႕ ရွားေတာက ျမန္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ အဲဒါဆိုရင္ ကယားျပည္နယ္ တျပည္နယ္လုံးက ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားရရွိလာပါလိမ့္မယ္” လို႔ဆက္ေျပာပါတယ္။

၂၀၁၄-၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း လြိဳင္ေကာ္ၿမိဳ႕ကေန ရွားေတာေဒသရွိ ရြာမ်ား၊ ရြာသစ္၊ ေဘာလခဲ၊ ဖားေဆာင္း၊ ေမာ္ခ်ီးပတ္ဝန္းက်င္ရွိေသာ ရြာမ်ားကို မီးသြယ္ေပးမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဓါတ္အားလုိင္းမွ သြယ္ေပးဖို႔အတြက္ ေက်းရြာေပါင္း ၇၀ ေက်ာ္ေလာက္ ျဖစ္ၿပီး လိုင္းအကြာအေဝး (၃၀၄) မိုင္ရွိေၾကာင္း ေျပာပါတယ္။

တႏွစ္အတြင္း မီးမေပးႏိုင္ျခင္းမွာ ဓါတ္အားလိုင္းသြယ္ယူမႈ တမိုင္လွ်င္က်ပ္သိန္း (၁၅၀) ကုန္က်မွာျဖစ္ၿပီး (၃၀၄) မိုင္အတြက္ ၄.၆ဘီလီယံကုန္က်မွာ ျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ ခ်က္ခ်င္းေဆာင္ရြက္၍ မရႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း သိရပါတယ္။

The reforms would concentrate on financial and economic changes in a country that for decades has ranked near the bottom in economic statistics. The newly elected government is rushing to put through legislative changes after western nations lifted or eased sanctions in the past month.
A new investment law is expected to be passed in the upcoming session of Parliament, which opens in July. The reforms will also include less government involvement in some key sector areas, he said.
“In the first year of power, the national government has been speedily working on political reforms and national reconciliation,” Thein Sein said in the televised address.
“From this year onwards, we are working on a second wave of reforms which will focus especially on the development of the country and the public.”
“On the other hand, we will continue to work on national reconciliation, national peace and stability and the rule of law, and the safety of the public,” he said.
